| Semiautomatic machine for the bevelling and the edging of the shaped, circle and oval glass without template. The BEVEL 92 ELECTRONIC is equipped with an articulated arm extremely versatile and strong on wich the grinding head is mounted and a rotating plane with suction cups for the fixing glass. The rotating plane is driven by a motor at selected speeds according to the glass dimensions. The grinding head is equipped with an inverter for the regulation of the wheel´s speed according to the thickness glass. The statement of the working heights of the various wheels is easy and fast thanks to an electronic system that determining the memorizing and read of heights wheels. Frontal inclination of the head from 0° to 90° in order to change the bevel angle and side inclination from 0° to 10° of the head for the bevelling of strong curves. For the processing of pencil edge, flat edge with arris, OG and others profiles is necessary assembled the edging wheels an a special shaft. The working of round pieces can be automatic by using an adjustable compass. Furthermore the machine is equipped of a tank and pump for the collect (partial) and recycling of cerium oxide during bevel polishing, carrying out this way the full working cycle.
