Detection performance:
- Reliable detection of glass defects: Scratches, bubbles, inclusions, foil defects, dirt, ...
- Butyl threads and contaminations in the visible area
- Deviation or parallelism of the spacer
- Straightness and rectangularity of the Georgian bar
- Optional: Dirt on the spacer
Fields of application:
- For all typical insulated glass units
- For IG units up to 60 mm (100 mm optional) thickness
- For glass sizes up to 3,21 /3.30 m x 8 m
- For high production speeds up to 80 m/min
- For production lines from 1,6m up to 3,21 / 3.30 m
Integration:
- After the gas filling press or the sealing robot
- Easy to integrate in both new and existing production lines
- Compact system design requires only minimum space
- Stand-alone system: connection to the line control is not necessary
