Machine for automatic grinding of rounded corners with different radius without template. Patent n.1121134 with radius display and motorized glass beats.
The basic machine is composed by a roll surface of 700x700mm (28x28") it is possible to apply on the two extensions roll surfaces in order to be able to work large sizes of glass sheets. On request it is also possible to assemble a device for the grinding of straight corners. The glass sheet is clamped on the surface through pneumatic pads. The grinding can be effect with pencil edge, flat edge with arris and according to the type of working to be effect you can automatically arrange the execution of:
n.1 PASSAGE: medium grain diamond wheel.
n.2 PASSAGES: medium grain diamond and polishing wheel.
n.3 PASSAGES: coarse and fine grain diamond wheel and polishing wheel.
The working times calculated with a pre-cutting of the glass sheet to be ground in order that the diamond wheel removes the less possible are:
2 PASSAGES: 1 diamond wheel - 1 polishing wheel= min.8/10" and max. 25/27".
3 PASSAGES: 2 diamond wheels - 1 polishing wheel= min. 12/14" and max. 35/37".
