Operated by means of a foot pedal, this table is recommended for sealed unit manufacture using a hotmelt sealant. Units require no primary fixing method when using a clamp table as the jaws hold the spacer bar and glass firmly in place during sealing.
Constructed in steel tubing and covered in multi-directional castors with a non stick coating, the clamp table holds the assembled unit solidly in place. This prevents the sealant oozing past the spacer bar.Units in excess of the table size can be easily sealed due to the open ended design of the clamp rig.
Once sealed the units can be easily taped on the castor bed.
Available in 2m x 1.5m and 3m x 1.5m table sizes.
Rotary Table (Turn Only)
This machine is constructed from high quality welded steel. Roller ball castors are fitted to the top plate between the vacuum cups - One large cup in the centre for smaller units which lifts pneumatically when required and four smaller cups fitted for normal use.
Foot switches are fitted to control the rotation and suction. Rotation speed is variable.
Rotary Lift Table
This machine is normally used with a horizontal glass conveyor leading to a castor top assembly table. The units are pushed across onto the sealing table in its lowered position. The table then lifts pneumatically to allow rotation clearing the table.
When smaller units are sealed, the adapter plate is simply placed in position and the necessary vacuum is diverted from the suckers of the standard machine to the small unit attachment.
